I booked a service — what now?
A service on joyzii is a real person's time — a nail artist who comes to you, a coach you talk to every week, a four-week meal plan. It is sold in rounds, and the unit you book is called a seat, as with a class: one seat is one person.
Every service has at least one appointment with a stated date and time on the round's page — the first, or every one if it's a package. “How often” and “Programme length” for a longer programme are details the shop states, not clocks the system keeps. Where it happens is the line under the price: at the provider's (the exact address appears on your order page on the same terms as a pickup), at your home, or online.
Online services: the meeting link appears on your order page once you've paid, under “Meeting link” with a “Copy link” control. Anyone with this link can join, so keep it to yourself. If the shop changes it, we tell you, and the new link is in the same place on your order page.
Paying works like any order: you order, the shop accepts, then you pay — and the time you are given to pay never runs past the first appointment.
After the last stated appointment has ended the shop confirms on its side, and only then does the “Service received” button appear on your order page — the system won't let the shop confirm before then. From that moment you have 2 days (online, or at the provider's) or 3 days (at your home) to tell us if the service wasn't what was described. For a programme that runs longer than its stated appointments, this clock counts from the last stated appointment, not from the end of the programme — so if something is off, don't wait until everything is over to say so.
Cancelling: before you pay, you can cancel on your own for any reason. After paying it becomes a request the shop decides on (see “Why can't I cancel my order?”). If you've used part of the service and can't continue, message the shop — it can propose “less” with the remainder refunded, and you answer.
joyzii does not vet, certify or insure providers. What exists are reviews from people who actually used the service, and the order record. Read “Meeting safely” before letting anyone into your home.
