Why can't this shop deliver to me?

Delivery on joyzii is the seller's own trip, not a courier company. So each round sets its own delivery radius, measured from where the thing is made or from the point the shop set.

If your pin falls outside that radius, checkout says so at the address step — you are not allowed to order and then cancelled afterwards.

The same round may still offer another way: pickup, or shipping anywhere in Thailand. Check the round's own “How you get it” section — every round chooses for itself.

If your pin is an approximate location (placed from a subdistrict rather than your door), the measured distance can be off by hundreds of metres. Tap the map and move the pin to the real spot before ordering.
