When do I get my refund?
If the shop approves a cancellation or a refund, the order shows Refund on the way — and the refund is sent to the payment system automatically. There is nothing to request and nobody to chase: your order page shows the refund and where it is, at every step.
What happens next depends on how you paid, and the two are genuinely different.
Paid by card: the money goes back to the same card on its own. Nothing is asked of you. It usually lands in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank — the refund leaves us straight away, and the wait after that is the card networks'.
Paid by PromptPay QR: the money does not simply bounce back. The payment system emails you to ask which bank account to send it to, and the money follows once you answer. If nobody answers, the refund can fail.
That email comes from the payment system, not from joyzii, and it goes to the address attached to the payment. If it is not in your inbox, check spam. Your order page says when a refund is waiting on that reply, so you never have to guess.
If a refund fails — most often because that email was never answered — your order page says so honestly. Message us from the order and we will take care of it.
If you never paid and the order was cancelled or declined, there is nothing to refund — no money ever left your account.
For a PromptPay refund we do not quote a number of days, because the timing depends on when you answer that email and on your bank. We will not promise a time we do not control.
