How do I pay?
Once the shop accepts your order, the order page shows a PromptPay button. Tap it for a QR code and scan it with your banking app. The page updates itself when the money lands — there is no slip to upload and nothing to report.
There is a second button beside it: Pay by card. Visa and Mastercard, entered on Stripe's own form — the card number never reaches joyzii. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app before it goes through.
Either one is fine. The one real difference shows up if the order is ever refunded: a card refund comes back to the card on its own in 5 to 10 business days, while a PromptPay refund starts with an email asking you which bank account to send it to (see “When do I get my refund?”).
If you have already scanned and paid, do not scan the same QR again — a second scan can take the money a second time. If the page has not changed yet, give it a moment; it updates on its own.
In your banking app and on your statement the charge reads STRIPE PAYMENTS (THAILAND) LTD, not joyzii — Stripe processes the payment for us. It is not an unknown charge.
Do not transfer anything before the shop accepts, and do not pay outside this flow. The order page tells you when it is time.
