Answers to the questions that come up most — read them right now

  • It didn't arrive, it arrived damaged, or it isn't what was described

The three cases joyzii decides, the window for each way of receiving an order, and how to appeal.

  • Why can't I cancel my order?

You can cancel on your own until you pay. After that it is a request, and the shop answers it.

  • Why did my order cancel itself?

An unpaid order is on a clock. When it runs out we cancel the order and put the piece back into the round.

  • The shop wants to change my order — what now?

You have two answers: agree to what they offered, or take a refund. If you answer neither, your original order stands exactly as it was.

  • When do I get my refund?

A PromptPay refund starts by asking YOU for a bank account — it is never instant.

  • How do I pay?

A PromptPay QR on the order page once the shop accepts — and never scan it twice.

  • Where is the pickup address?

The exact address appears once the shop accepts your order — or, on a round that accepts orders automatically, once you've paid. Not before.

  • Why can't this shop deliver to me?

Each round sets its own delivery radius. Outside it, delivery is refused at checkout.

  • When can I leave a review?

After you confirm you received the order — one review per order, from the buyer only.

  • The shop isn't replying — what now?

Message the shop from the order first, then check whether the order can still be cancelled.

  • What is a “round”?

joyzii sells rounds, not permanent stock — a round opens, fills up, and closes.

  • I bought a seat in a class — what now?

One seat is one person. The dates are on the round's page, the meeting link appears on your order page once you've paid, and you confirm after the last session.

  • I booked an experience — what now?

One seat is one person. The host states the dates, the group size and the ages it suits on the round's page, and you confirm once it has taken place.

  • I booked a service — what now?

Nails at your home, weekly coaching, breakfast every day — sold in rounds with a stated appointment, and you confirm once you've received everything.

  • Meeting safely

joyzii does not vet teachers, hosts or providers — what exists are reviews, the order record, and a few things to do before you meet.

  • Selling a class, an experience or a service on joyzii

Your round is the dates you announce and the seats you can take; a package is several sessions in order; an online link reaches the buyer once they've paid; and the money is yours when the order completes, like every round.

  • Having a stall at a market on joyzii

Say which market you're at and on which days — your shop appears on that market's page, and a “collect at the market” round gets collection windows from the market's opening hours.
