This page is a draft. It is written from what the product actually does today, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. We will keep making it clearer — if any part of it does not read straight, tell us.
joyzii is where small independent sellers in Thailand — home bakers, nail artists, crafters — sell the thing they are making right now. The person who makes it, prices it, gets it to you and is reviewed for it is the shop, not us. We look after the place where that happens. Trust attaches to the shop, and we do not guarantee a shop's quality or the work it makes.
You place the order, the shop accepts it, and then you pay — the order page always shows how long you have left. Payment runs through Stripe, both PromptPay and cards. We never see or store your card number; Stripe does. The money comes in to joyzii first and is passed on to the shop after the order is completed.
The commission we take from a shop today is 0%. If the commission we take ever changes, you will be told before you order, and it is never applied backwards to an order already placed.
The line is money. As long as nothing has been paid, the order is yours to cancel outright. Once it is paid you ask to cancel, and the shop decides whether to honour it. If they agree, we record what is owed and the refund is issued through Stripe.
A PromptPay refund is not instant and is not fully in our hands — Stripe emails you for your bank account details, and the money only moves once you answer. A refund to a card takes roughly 5–10 business days.
Once the shop has marked your order handed over, you can raise it with us from that order's page if it never reached you, arrived in a state you can't eat or use, or is clearly different from what the round described. The window depends on how you receive it: 2 days for a pickup, 3 days for a shop delivery, 7 days for a parcel. The joyzii team decides, not the shop, and we answer in that same chat. If we decide in your favour we record the amount owed against the order and refund it through Stripe.
If you disagree with the answer, reply in that same chat — a reply re-opens the case and somebody looks again.
The shop arranges it. We are not a courier and we do not employ one. For each round the shop chooses for itself: pickup, delivering within a radius it sets, or shipping.
A review is about the shop, and it can only be written from an order that is completed. We do not delete a truthful review because a shop asked us to. Chat with a shop is between you and that shop, linked to the order or the shop, and no other user on joyzii can see it. Messaging the joyzii team is a separate room — that one we read ourselves, because it is a conversation with us.
There is no tolerance on joyzii for objectionable content or for abusive users — in reviews, chat, photos, names or shop pages. That means abuse, threats or harassment, hate speech, sexual content, scams, and asking anyone to pay outside joyzii. Every round, shop, review and chat message carries a report control that reaches the joyzii team. We look at every report, and we can remove what breaks these rules and close the account of whoever posted it.
Shops are responsible for what they sell being legal and safe — food hygiene is theirs. If we find fraud or something illegal, we can remove a round or close an account.
A shop on joyzii can also sell what it knows and its time — classes, experiences and services. They are sold in rounds and bought by the seat, and paying and cancelling follow the same rules as everything else. joyzii does not vet, certify or insure any teacher, host or provider. What exists are reviews from people who actually bought, and the order record. The decision to meet is yours and the shop's.
Meet in a public place when you can. A child attending needs an adult present. Before you pay, you may cancel for any reason at all, and every round's page carries a report control that reaches the joyzii team.
Write to us about anything — an order, a shop, or your own data.
