This page is a draft. It is written from what the product actually does today, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. We will keep making it clearer — if any part of it does not read straight, tell us.
You make it, price it, get it to the buyer and are reviewed for it. What you sell is yours and your buyers are your buyers. We do not employ you, we are not your sales agent, and we do not own the work you make. What we do is look after the place where people find you, and take the buyer's money on your behalf when she pays.
You choose all of it: what to sell, the price, how many you can make, whether it is pickup, your own delivery or shipping, and how long you give yourself to accept an order. You can edit a round while it is live, with two things locked once someone has ordered — the price and the delivery fee, and a collection time a buyer has booked. Both are things she has already seen and agreed to. If one genuinely has to move, ask that buyer directly.
Commission is worked out on the item total only, never on delivery or shipping — that money passes straight through you to a rider or to Thai Post and you never keep it. Every order records its own rate at the moment the buyer ordered, so you can always go back and see exactly how that order was worked out.
Right now the commission is 0%. If the rate ever changes, orders you have already taken do not change with it, and we will tell you first.
Buyers pay through Stripe into joyzii's account, by PromptPay or card. We never see or store anyone's card number. joyzii holds the money and then passes it on to you.
joyzii transfers to shops by hand, once a week — there is no automatic payout yet. What you are owed each week is gathered into one statement, and we transfer against it. You add the bank account to be paid into under My shop › Earnings in the app. Every order has recorded its full breakdown from day one, so you can check the figures.
A buyer places the order, you accept or decline it, and then she pays. If you accept and she does not pay within the window you set, the system cancels it for you and hands the places back to the round. While nothing has been paid, the order is hers to cancel outright. Once it is paid she has to ask, and the decision is yours.
If you agree to refund, we record what is owed and issue it through Stripe. A PromptPay refund is not instant — Stripe emails the buyer for her bank details first, and the money only moves once she answers. A refund to a card takes roughly 5–10 business days.
Buyers only ever see a rough area, about 1 km across — never your real address. Your exact pin is kept for you alone and no buyer can reach it. The address someone collects from is something you write per round, and she sees it only once you have accepted her order.
A review is about your shop and can only be written from an order that completed. You get one reply per review, and it cannot be changed afterwards. We do not delete a truthful review because a shop asked us to.
The chat room between you and a buyer belongs to the two of you — the joyzii team cannot open it. The only room we can read is the one you start with us, because that one is a conversation with us.
What you sell has to be legal and safe, and food hygiene is yours. Photos and descriptions have to match the real thing, and an order you have accepted is one you should deliver as described. If we find fraud or something illegal we can remove a round or close an account.
The dates and times you announce are a promise, like a pickup time. Once someone has booked, the only way to change them is to propose a new time the buyer agrees to. You can mark it taught or done only after the last session has ended, and the safety of the place and of the people who come is your responsibility. joyzii does not vet, certify or insure you, and we tell buyers so plainly.
If a child attends, an adult is present, always — and say which ages it suits on the round, in your own words.
You can close a round or archive it at any time, and nothing obliges you to open another. Orders you have already accepted still have to be finished, because the buyer has paid for them. To close your shop, tap Delete my account under My shop in the app. If anything is still open — an order that has not finished, a round that is still live, or money we still owe you — the app tells you first what to settle.
We record which version of these terms you tapped to accept, and when. If something material changes we will ask you to read and accept the new version rather than changing it quietly. A small wording fix will not interrupt you.
Write to us about anything — an order, the money, or these terms themselves.
