The joyzii team reviews your first page within 24 hours.
The team takes each request, calls or messages you on LINE to check the room is available, and answers the guest within 24 hours. Once the guest pays the booking fee, we send you their name, phone, room and move-in date — from there you deal with each other directly.
The team hands bookings over to you: you answer requests in your dashboard within 12 hours, chat with guests, keep a room calendar and can turn on instant booking. It takes the signed Stays addendum and someone on your team who can answer requests.
