What is a “round”?

Shops here do not keep the same shelf every day. They open a round of whatever they are making right now — the cookies going in the oven on Saturday, this week's nail appointments.

  • •Many rounds have a limited number of pieces, and say Sold out when they are gone
  • •Many rounds have a closing time, and stop taking orders when it arrives
  • •Some rounds are scheduled to open later, and say so
  • •Each round chooses its own pickup, delivery or shipping — they are not all the same

That is why a round a friend sent you last week may already be closed. The link is not broken; that round is genuinely over.

Trust belongs to the SHOP, not the item, which is why reviews and stars collect on the shop. If you like what a shop makes, follow it and you will know when the next round opens.
