Instructors

• Cancel 12 hours or more before the start and you get your credit back. Cancel later and the credit is used, but there is no fine
• A full class has a waitlist. If a seat opens 2 hours or more before the start, we give it out in queue order and tell you at once
• If the studio cancels a class, you always get your credit back
• Nothing renews by itself. A renewal happens only when you tap it
